Delivery and returns
Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® unless otherwise arranged. Proof of posting is always obtained.
Royal mail first class service aims to deliver mail the next working day from dispatch however this is not guaranteed and it may take a little longer.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® is available for orders placed Monday to Thursday - orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following day. Any orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will not be sent out until the following Monday (If you require your order urgently or for a Saturday delivery then please get in touch - we will do our best to help!)
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for miss delivered items due to incorrect addresses given at the time of ordering. If you think you may have given the wrong address, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs or tax charges that may be applied on arrival in your country.
Postage prices are calculated on weight and package dimentions. The prices are stated on each product and shown at the checkout.
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please ensure that the order is sent back in the same condition it arrived in and in the original packaging.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non refundable - please always obtain proof of posting as the return is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches Tattered Rose. Once your item has been received and checked a refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us within 7 days - and if possible keep the original packaging. A return can then be arranged and a replacement or refund issued accordingly.
